(er) The form per se is empty, but there is an implied abbreviation expansion. The text in parentheses is not found in the document itself; it has been added in the transcription of the text for legibility purposes. (These are effectively empty forms whose presence is assumed on the basis of an abbreviation mark.)
Empty morpheme, like a plural ending or participle suffix. The ∅ itself does not appear appear in the document. It was added as a marker of a morpheme with no surface realisation. Like the abbreviation expansions above, it cannot be used in the form search fields.
